He is:
Master Mosquiton, the most amusing vampire of the last nineties!!!
“He is the lord of darkness… He has two canines pointed… He has two retainers that defend him with fire and ice… But he has also a bigger pain seventeen-years-old that says to him all that he must do…”
Mater Mosquiton presents himself as a nice change respects to usual themes of horror that characterize the melodramatic stories or perverse anime.
The same Mosquiton doesn't take himself much seriously as a gloomy creature and so he is dragged in many situations to the limit of ridiculous, completely denigrating the usual figure of vampire that sucks up voraciously the blood from unarmed maidens.
The setting is in the twenties, the story tells about the reawaken of the Mosquito vampire by Inaho, a young girl (fifteen-years-old) through and through decided to take possession of mysterious object for the eternal youth.
Master Mosquiton (or Mo-Chan, as she likes to be called ^__^) will be the retainer of the darkness that will allow to her to reach with more facility the stages that separate her from her purpose.
Mosquiton will follow her without opposing resistance ,since his reawaken happens trough a pact of blood that the girl does because her descendent by a stock of witches which the vampire has linked.
Uff! more difficult to write that from to see!
At Mosquito side we find his two retainers, Hono (a child) and Yuki (a little girl).
Two names that in Japanese language means Flames and Snow, because, not by chance, their powers have linked to the fire and the ice.
For who knows cause or production choice the our two friends appear to us as two normally children, but just Mosquiton ask for the use of their powers, they undergoes a transformation that transforms them in two adults( however much well developed).
Who knows why...
Also Mosquiton is subject to a transformation. The our vampire also being a good natured strongly linked to Inaho, he hasn't the possibility to use all his power .He, to confront his enemies, must free all his wickedness. The way to do it is suck the blood of who has reawakened him, thing that transforms him in a fury that loses all the goodness that he had at the normally. At the last of each fight Inaho is always damaged by it. Mosquiton wants stole her soul.
The situation is resolved by with the death of the vampire for causes completely occasional.
You don't worry, because Inaho can revive him with a drop of his blood.
Technically this series is very well done, above all about the animations that are always fluid, and with the limited utilize of the static intervals.
Some doubt can be brought from the style of the draw that results some "barbed" in the draws of the characters, above all in case of the their noses that would be able to pierce the tyres of a car ^__^.
However all ransom itself with the face expression of the characters, who embodies all the sympathy of the story of different situations.
In each case the detail on the principle characters is always much high and the coloration of the cels and backgrounds is pleasant with full colours and contrasting.
The music in base above all on jazz tracks and executions at the saxophone.
In synthesis Master Mosquiton it is an amusing series with many cues exhilarate and well-groomed in the technical production.
