Dir en Grey: for fans or not, the new DVD [A knot] of!

Dir en Grey, a mix of French, English and German that can be translated with "You in grey". The reasons of this choice, revealed Kaoru, one of the guitarists of the group, aren't ethnycs or phylosophics, just "because it sounded good".
The band, originally called La:Sadie's, with an indie production by the most, turns into Diru - contraction katakana of their first world, Dir - and employs Toshiya as the new bassist, after the leaving of Kisaki.



Kyo, Kaoru, Die, Toshiya, Shinya. The official members of one of the best Visual Kei/Gothic metal groups. As I was saying: a name, a warrantee.

After the new release of Uroboros, their last album published the 12nd of November, Japan-darks prepare to release a mega-DVD with exclusive stuff of their fanclub,the [a knot]!
The DVD, in pre-sale on some websites, will contain some dates of their tour 2005-2006 and 2007, within also The Family Values Tour, that til now has been food for fanclubs, and they only.

This DVD in fact, is full of big slices of the ones which are the pearls of who signs up to their fanclub. - requirements: you must have a japanese address and 6000¥ -, telling so an intention to enlarge the [a-knot] also to non-japanese people. A delicacy that "You in Grey" - yeah, it's a cute name - give to all their fans who live off Japan.



Dir En Grey, in fact, in the last years had a great "marketing" expansion, reaching thousands of fans in Europe and America as far, so they are having an American tour exactly in these days, a non-stop of dates that Dir en Grey are having with high passion and playing everytime the full house.



There isn't way to lose the occasion to listen a surely alternative band and with a musicality "westernized" early, but always characterized by its uniqueness. And if you want to present a treasure to yourself, purchase their CD Uroboros in sale as original and limited edition here in Italy, while in Deluxe edition online, even if that could be a a grape of a "too much high" quality for ones who aren't used to.
