Tatakau Shisho from Light novel to Anime!

Here we are with another news. Do you like books? Yes? Good, because we're going to visit a mysterious library!

    

The blog of Ki ga Muitara no Light Novel Shuho announced that there will be an anime adaptation of the light novel series by Ishio Yamagata entitled "Tatakau Shisho".

The announce has been given in the occasion of the Hatsukoi Limited & Yoku Wakaru Gendai Mahō Joint Festival that carried out sunday 14th of June. The cast of the anime of Tatakau Shisho hasn't been yet announced. The official web site will open the 10th of July.

In the story of the novels, all the deads of the world turned in "books" and were conserved in the Bantorra library. The library is controlled by "armed librarians", who use psychic powers to procect the books. A boy, Koria Tonisu, had his memory erased and in his chest there's a bomb. A secret society dispatch him to kill Hamyuttsu Meseta, the greatest armed librarian in the world. However, he falls in love at first sight of the wonderful Maseta, in charge of the "books" protection, and so he became involved in the big war of the library.

Yamagata published eight volumes of novels of the series by Tatakau Shisho with the illustrations of Shigeki Maeshima. (Maeshima created the manga Dragonfly and he drawed the main characters of the pilot movie of Five Killers by Gonzo).

Kokonotsu Shinohara adapted the first novel (Tatakau Shisho at Koisuru Bakudan) in a manga on the online magazine Ultra Jump Egg by Shueisha and the second volume of the manga will be published in July.

*O* Personally I think it's very interesting and I can't wait to know something more about this story... But, as usual, we'll have to wait the autumn to enjoy this new anime with romantic and a bit fantasy tones.
