
INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION TIME: 15 MINUTES + 7 FOR COOKING

How to prepare?
1- Using a sharp knife, cut the Tofu into little cubes (about 1 cm).

2- Now take the spring onion and cut it diagonally into little slices of which are about 1 cm long. Then put aside the Tofu and the spring onion.

3- Mix the Dashi with the water into a saucepan using a wooden spoon, and wait for it to boil.

4- While it is boiling, take a little bowl and amalgamate Miso and Mirin.

5- Now add the Miso and mirin mixture into the boiling soup, and wait until the miso dissolves into the water Make sure that the soup doesn't boil after the Miso has dissolved, as this will weaken the flavour of the miso. However, you must leave the soup cooking so bring it down the heat to a medium flame
6- Now add the Tofu cubes to the boiling broth and cook everything for another 5 minutes at a low flame. remeber that our poor miso has had quite a hard time already, so whatever you do, dont boil the soup, OK?
7- And now, it's ready! Now all you have to do just to dish it out and garnish it with the cutted spring onions!
8- Eat to your heart`s content with your friends!!
